Privacy Policy:  We hate spam as much as anyone else. We will never, ever share your name, address, email or any other personal information with anyone PERIOD!!!!!

Return Policy:  If the item you purchase is not what you expected or you just don't like it, please notify us that you are returning it postage-paid within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will gladly refund the total purchase price as long as the item is in new condition (no scratches or signs of wear) in original packaging. Unfortunately because of the high cost of shipping items to you, we can not return the cost of shipping and handling.

In the event you ordered in error and you need to return it and exchange for a different item. i.e. you ordered an 18mm watch strap, but made a mistake and really needed a 20mm strap. We will be glad to do this for you, however you will need to send an additional amount for shipping the new item(s) to you.

How Much Extra Shipping and Handling? Whatever the amount on the original order form. If the shipping was $3.71 on the original order, then please send a check or money order in the amount of $3.71 to re-send the correct size to you. Fortunate to you, our straps are priced below regular retail, not allowing much profit in each piece. We cannot, therefore, afford to give away shipping charges.

In the event the above mistake was in our error - You do not need to send money for additional shipping and handling. We will absorb the cost to ship a new item to you.

Shipping Information:  We only ship on Monday through Friday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (if it's not a government holiday).

Your package is shipped by either USPS 1st Class Mail Parcel with delivery confirmation (3 to 5 days), or if you prefer, it can choose Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (2 to 3 days) uSA only; we do not ship outside the 50 states of America.
