Six (6) Month Warranty on Major
Service

DeLoach Watch Service [DWS] guarantees
the finest in Precision Quality workmanship available for your
timepiece. Relentless Pursuit of perfection is our most
constant never ending requirement to service.

All watch service is
performed by highly trained and skilled watch technicians.
DWS quality control is a 3 phase system designed to
virtually eliminate poor workmanship or defects in parts
replaced.

Our never ending daily goal is
totally satisfied customers who feel secure and confident when
returning time and again to DWS for additional service in the
future. DWS customers are quick to tell their friends and family
about our unique merchandise and great repair service.

Our target goal for service and
parts repairs is nothing short of absolute perfection.

Our reputation of being among the
very best in the watch service industry precedes us and must be
maintained on a daily basis.

All major service is limited to
the accuracy of the Quartz Movement Overhaul or
Movement Exchange, and is only warranted against defects
in material or workmanship for a period of six (6) months
starting from the shipping date the timepiece is shipped back to
our valued customers, as long as the crystal, setting crown and
caseback are still intact and not damaged in any way.

DWS does not
guarantee parts such as the crystal, setting crown and/or
setting stem against breakage, due to consequential
damage, due to misuse or abuse as we have no control over these
conditions or in such cases as accidental damage which may occur
that could render the timepiece stopped or otherwise unusable or
unreliable.

Watches that become wet and/or
rusted due to a faulty, worn-out or damaged
setting crown ARE NOT warranted by DWS.
-
If the setting crown was replaced
by DWS and after an evaluation inspection it is in fact
discovered to be defective, and it has not been
misused, abused or damaged in any way, the setting crown and the
watch will be serviced according to what is required to return
the watch to it's original condition, based on the service or
repair previously performed by DWS.

In the case of a worn-out crown,
damaged or broken or missing crystal or damaged caseback gasket
and/or watches that are of a NON WATER-RESISTANT construction, that
become wet or rusted inside, are not guaranteed by DWS, since
such condition would only happen in the event the watch was
tampered with, misused or abused, damaged or otherwise worn-out.

If the watch has been opened, or
tampered with, damaged, or otherwise misused so as to permit
water, dust, dirt, foreign matter or contamination of the
seriously delicate precision parts, the warranty is void.
-
DWS service is second to none and
should there be a default of any kind, we are pleased to
re-service your timepiece for you as per the conditions outlined
herein. However, the return shipping and handling, as
always, is the responsibility of the timepiece owner.
-
All watches serviced or
repaired by DWS will have the job service repair
CODE number
"Micro-Etched" inside the caseback. However, a
"COPY" of your
warranty certificate should
accompany your timepiece when returning it to DWS in the event
it should require re-service to assure faster processing.
Without a copy of your warranty certificate, servicing
your timepiece will simply take longer to process efficiently in
a timely manner.

If you feel your watch should
require service under the terms and conditions as stated
herein, please return it, along with the normal shipping
and handling of $6.00 to the DWS Service
Centers shipping and Receiving address as shown below. Your timepiece will be evaluated and service/repair will proceed
accordingly. You will be notified in the event there are
any charges due based on the conditions of this warranty as
stated herein and receipt of charges must be received
before re-service will begin.
Please do not send your watch in
it's original box, as they are hard to keep with the repair
envelope and cannot be returned to you. When you send your
timepiece, please enclose a money order for $6.00 to cover the
cost of returning your watch via priority mail whether or not
you decide to have your timepiece serviced. Please make
your money-order payable to: DeLoach Watch Service.
