Please Note:
Most watches can be repaired,
however there are some that's not practical to repair. For instance, when
manufacturers do not make their parts available to the watch service
trade so the customers watch can be serviced locally. Service technicians are highly trained professionals with ALL the
necessary tools to service your timepiece properly and are
experienced in proper service procedures. If your watch is repairable, we will
keep you informed of it's status while being serviced.
Our ultimate goal is to get your completed timepiece back to you in
record time. Communication is the key. |

Because of the unavailability of some
parts, we no longer provide major
service for some mechanical (wind-up or automatic) and antique watches, Accutron,
Acuquartz, electric or electronic balance wheel watches or any
SEIKO watch with movement caliber
# 9T82. In the event
your watch is deemed by us to be un-repairable, or parts are not
available, your watch will be returned unrepaired and the S&H must
be paid by you the customer.
If your watch will not function with a
new battery - Either the watch has run its life expectancy or
it is become damaged or faulty. We may be able to exchange your old
broken quartz movement with a new factory Quartz Movement (the
"motor" inside) starting as LOW as $34.00, [we use the existing dial and
hands]. Exchange includes a fresh new energy cell and a *six (6) month
warranty. (*Does not include moisture in watches that are
not water resistant). It includes
ultrasonic cleaning of the case and band, plus, when needed, a new case-back
gasket. Setting stem, crowns, crystals, and other broken or missing parts
necessary are estimated at an additional charge.
To expedite the repair of your
timepiece, our price list is made available so that you
may estimate the repair charges before you send us your
watch. If you are not sure
of exactly what your watch may need, we will send you an estimate of
repair before any work will be done. Payment must be received
before service can begin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING YOUR WATCH
FOR AN ESTIMATE
Please do not
send your watch in it's original box, as they are hard to
keep with the repair envelope and cannot be returned to you.
When you send your timepiece, please enclose a MONEY ORDER ONLY for $12.00
to cover return S&H. Please make M/O payable to DeLoach Watch
Service. Your watch will be shipped back to you via
priority mail whether or not you decide to have your timepiece
repaired.
