Shipping Information

Please do not send your watch in it's original box, as they are hard to keep with the repair envelope and cannot be returned to you.

Package your watch in a box big enough to protect it. Wrap in lots of bubble wrap and pack with additional bubble wrap or other packing material.

You may send your watch via USPS Insured Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or via Insured UPS, with which you will have a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for not receiving your watch if it was not insured. Please notify us as to how you will ship.

Ship Your watch to one of these addresses. The two DWS shipping locations below represents DeLoach Watch Service. DWS does not use the word "watch" on the shipping label for security purposes. Thanks.

SPECIAL TERMS: In the event should we receive a prepaid order and discover later that the crystal is a special fit, cut, shape or a special procedure or special tools are required, resulting in the replacement cost being priced higher than what was originally paid for, we will notify you immediately so you have the opportunity to remit the extra charges, (if any) without delay, so that we are able to proceed with the service of your timepiece as scheduled. We will adjust the charges only with your approval. If we do not receive the required payment increase or a response within a reasonable period of 10 working days, the watch will be sent back to you unrepaired. A refund will be issued, less return shipping & handling charges by the SAME PAYMENT METHOD used for the original transaction. Your prepaid order is your agreement to be bound by the terms herein. All watches are returned to the customer via USPS Insured Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to the return address you provide.  Insured amounts are determined by the "Declared Value" you state in the "Service Authorization Form".  With 38+ years in the watch service industry, we are quite savvy concerning the actual value of watches. If you send us a $200 watch, please do not quote the value at $500 without enclosing a valid retailer/dealer receipt. Thanks.
