How to Measure for a New Watch Band or Strap

Measure Accurately for A Custom Fit

To get the perfect size watch band or strap for your watch, use a ruler to measure the distance between the "case lugs" (Inside Case-Lug width). Rubber sport Straps also include an Outside Case-Lug Width, which gives a more custom fit. Please remember the 'millimeter' size, as our bands are in millimeters and not inches.

Example: If you needed a leather strap for the watch on the left, using a ruler you would find a measurement of 11/16 inches. By using the conversion chart above you would choose a strap that measures 18mm.

If you were choosing a rubber/PVC sport strap for the same watch, you would choose one that measured 11/16" or 18mm between the case lugs with an Outside Case-Lug Width of 7/8" or 22mm.
